A tale of two lids: applying eye makeup for two different looks

Are you a beauty on a budget? Let's talk about eye pallets. A good eye pallet can take you from day to night flawlessly; but a GREAT eye pallet can take you from day to night, do your brows, contour your cheeks and even balance your checkbook.

Ok, scratch that last part.

Here's the deal, when looking for a great eye pallet, choose something that has a range of shades you KNOW look good on you. A fantastic classic is smokey blacks and browns, or peachy nudes and chocolates. Be sure to get something that can offer you both light and dark tones so you can dress it up or dress it down.
